Our story began with our great-grandmother, Suna, a lady who even as a child, loved to bake and brew a proper Turkish tea. For years, she would bake and brew for her family and friends, until one day, surrounded by more people than her little living room could accommodate, she decided to open her own Cafe.
Manolya Cafe, named after her favourite flower, became an instant success and lives on with the same popularity today. In each and every dish, we pay homage to the passion of our great-grandmother, and never once dilvulge the secret to how we brew our tea.
Serving both breakfast and lunch, we offer pastries fresh out of the oven all throughout the day.
